The process

Prepare application
We begin the process with the collection of documentation that supports the medical necessity (Rx to request ABA services, Letter of medical justification, Diagnostic report).
Then sign consents for the service and request approval to eQ health solutions to perform the initial evaluation.

Assesment Design
The BCBA analyst designs the initial assessment based on parent interview and direct observation of the child, determines behaviors to be reduced and outlines goals and strategies to achieve the reduction of maladaptives and get the child to be able to respond to the goals.

Revision of the Plan
Once the plan is reviewed with the parents and approved by them, the plan is submitted to eQ for approval of the service hours for a period of 180 days or 26 weeks.
And here the service is provided according to the approval we receive from the medical team of eQ Health solutions.
